Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor who has received critical recognition for her skills. Sagittarius. Her birthplace was in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the most senior of three children born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith who was a psychologist. She is of English-Scottish descent.
